Y3 Home Learning w/c 29th June 2020

Hi all

We hope that you are all safe and well. Last week we were saying that we hoped that you weren’t too soggy from the rain, this week we are saying that we hope that you haven’t melted from the heat – ever-changing weather!

For those of you that haven’t sent the place value and addition / subtraction assessments back can we please ask you to do so? We also need the information that we asked you for last week for on your reports. Can the report information please be returned by Wednesday.

We are continuing to focus on core skills in maths, so this week it is multiplication. If you are unsure or have forgotten the method please follow the link below. If you want to extend your learning, there is also a long multiplication video too. There are then some multiplication questions on sheets. Moving beyond that are two ‘fun’ maths investigations that will develop deeper thinking.

For English, there is a Lockdown Talk 4 Writing task.

We have also attached the Lego challenge.

We hope that you have a great week and hope to see some of you around.
