Wow, how proud we are of our KS1 and Early Years children – they were all absolutely fantastic in the Nativity play this year. Well done to the children and a huge thank you to all the staff for their hard work leading up to the performances.
Rock-it! Music have been delivering music lessons to all classes in the school since September 2018. This is a fantastic opportunity for all of our children to learn to play a musical instrument. The children in Key Stage 2 took Ensemble London College of Music examinations last year and each class received a Distinction. On Tuesday 3rd December the children performed to parents, including the youngest nursery children, some of whom are only 3 years old. It was a great chance for the children to showcase the skills that they had learnt.
Early Years acted out the story of the first Christmas. The children (and adults) became Marys, Josephs, donkeys and angels and retold the story. Using the entire playground, they travelled from Nazareth to Bethlehem. It was a long way! The children were brilliant actors!
