Teaching assistant apprentice (Level 3)
Salary: Level 3 Apprentice, £8,800.96 per annum for the first year, after 12 months and for the remainder of the apprenticeship would move to age related pay.
Hours of work: 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday 8.15am to 3.30pm
Contract: Fixed Term Apprenticeship (usually 15 months), Term Time
39 working weeks, you will be required to work five additional days when students are not in school (INSET days, some of these will be flexi)

The school seeks to appoint a Level 3 Apprentice Teaching Assistant, who has already successfully completed a related Level 2 qualification. Some experience of working in a school setting would be preferable. The successful candidate will be employed to work in our Year 3/4 class, providing whole class and small group support as directed by the class teacher. The apprenticeship will be supported by Best Practice Network (Primitas Learning Partnership) with time out of class to complete the required course work.
