Raised Beds

Huge thanks to Richard Parrott of Cawarden Farm, Blithbury, for donating raised beds for our allotment; James Daw of Woodhouse Farm, Pipe Ridware, and ‘Big John’ the JCB driver for delivering and adding the soil to the beds.  We are so lucky to have such a supportive community.

Donations for our Forest School/Allotment

Balfour Beatty, along with their sub-contractors, Alpha Omega, Atlas Cleaning Ltd and P&M Edwards The Walled Nursery, have donated gardening equipment, plants, seeds and compost as well as £50 cash for our Forest School/Allotment.   Their generosity is unbelievable and we are grateful for their support for local community projects including Forest School and Allotment at our school.  This donation will make a huge difference to the children who are taking part in Forest School lessons and those working on the Allotment.

Henry Chadwick’s Allotment

We are very lucky to have been allocated an Allotment in the village.  Our first visit took place today (28th April 2021) to look at the plot – these are the “before” photos.  Watch this space as we start work on our very own allotment!
