Children’s Mental Health Week

This week is Children’s Mental Health Week. This year’s theme is ‘Express Yourself’. Organisers, Place2Be, say that this is ‘not about being the best at something or putting on a performance for others. It is about finding a way to show who you are, and how you see the world, that can help you feel good about yourself’.

Relax Kids – Back to calm packs
If your child is struggling with anxiety of not going back to school or indeed going back to school, we have created a calm pack and a back to school pack to help them navigate this time. There are exercises and activities you can try as a family to help support their worries and anxiety. We also have a home journal to help them stay positive during lockdown.
